Happy Easter

Cheeeeeeeeeese!!!

What a wonderful Easter!  The Easter Bunny left Caitlin and Hunter a note along with some twizzlers and he said that he hid their baskets, but that he hid the eggs at Mom Mom & Pa's and more at Grandma & Pa's.  The search was on.... The kids got way too much candy and lots of cute things.  Everyone headed to Sublette and we had a great day and all the cousins got to play together.  As you can see in the bottom picture, they were pretty worn out when we got home. 

Sublette Toy Show

We took Caitlin and Hunter up to my parents last weekend to experience the Annual Toy Show which is an event where all the local farmers line the downtown area with tractors new and old. They have several buildings filled with toy tractors, trucks and trains of all sizes. I have never seen Hunter so excited! He loves tractors and especially when "Pa" takes him on rides. It was so cold, but it didn't phase either of them. We enjoyed the delicious pancake and sausage breakfast that the local fireman put together.
As you can see in the pictures, Daddy enjoyed this as much as the kids. We are definitely making this an annual event to take the kids to (grandma and pa are excited too!)

Snow much fun!!!

After a beautiful snow on New Year's Eve, we decided to bundle the kids up the next day for a little sled ride. Great idea! They had a blast! We took them on a couple hills on the golf course but it was too cold to stay out very long. Caitlin just kept saying, "that was so fun!!".
Don't pay any attention to the guns, you never know what you might see outside:)

Merry Christmas

On the nice list...

The kids did awesome last night when we went to see Santa. Caitlin told him she wants a baby doll and new boots and Hunter wants a tractor and truck. Santa even knew about Harvey, our Elf on the Shelf and told the kids he would be seeing him last night. It was so sweet. We ended the night with driving through the Festival of Lights. What a Great night!!!

Pumpkin Carving Day was so much fun.  Caitlin really wanted to use the knife, maybe next year!

As you can see, Hunter's attention span isn't very long so he just runs around while we carve his pumpkin!









Play date

Today Caitlin had a "play over" (as she called) it with Drake who used to go to the same sitter. She was so excited to have him over because its been a couple months since she'd seem him. She liked playing with his baby brother Colin too.
Hunter just liked taking toys from everyone. :) It was a great morning.

My parents were such great sports and dressed up for the occasion.  My mom actually made my dad's sweatshirt into a v-neck so he could wear it.  That sweatshirt is almost 40 years old, wow!!!

Caitlin's new baby carrier and diaper bag.... she couldn't have been happier!  She is the best little mommy and takes such good care of her babies.  She has Baby Tina, Baby Lynn and Baby Jo.  Baby Tina is her favorite for some reason.

Hunter had a good time at the party too!  He couldn't wait for a cupcake.  We caught him on multiple occasions on top of the table trying to steal one.  He's got a sweet tooth!
