Getting bigger...

10 weeks old and growing.... Hunter is just over 11 lbs. now and doing great. He was having some stomach issues and I think we have them under control now. He's taking Prevacid for acid-reflux and we go to see the GI doctor on Tuesday to make sure he's doing better. He is a much happier baby now that he's on the medicine and makes mommy even happier!!:) He's my sweet little boy.
This was a rare picture captured when everyone was happy (or sleeping) before bedtime. I started back to work this past Wednesday and it's moments like these that I will never take for granted and treasure forever!!!

Vacation!!!

Matt and I took the kids up to Saugatuck, MI for a fun little vacation before I went back to work. We stayed at Aunt Cathi and Uncle Tom's place. We had such a great time and the 5 hour car ride wasn't even too bad with both of the kids. Caitlin got to play on the beach of Lake Michigan and we even snuck in a boat ride. It was very relaxing and a much needed getaway. Caitlin's favorite part was playing with cousins Brent and Mallory and going on long walks. We can't wait to go back next year!!

FAVORITE PICTURE EVER!!!

This is my favorite picture ever. Caitlin doesn't like to smile for pictures lately, but I caught one and it's the best!! Daddy is pretty fond of this one too!

Hunter's Baptism

Hunter got baptized on June 12th. This was his sad face through the whole thing. He slept through church and then decided he wanted to be heard through the whole baptism and screamed the entire time. Poor guy!
Godparents were my brother and sister-n-law, Nick and Mary Beth. (Their children's latest phase is reading the Bible, how appropriate!

This was my first time at trying to really decorate a cake. It turned out ok, but I've got lots of work to do before the next one (probably Caitlin's b-day).
This is the best family picture we can take these days. It's actually quite comical. Caitlin will NOT smile for the camera. I can't wait until we try to get professional pictures taken.
